WORKPLACE MEDTATION SESSION

The Buddha Meditation Center offers workplace meditation sessions that can be tailored to the specific needs of your organization. Our sessions are led by experienced monks and teachers who can help your employees learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness, and apply them to their daily lives.
Sessions can be held at your workplace or at another off-site location of your choice. They can run from 1-3 hours, and can cover topics such as:
